As we were doing some renovations, we need some “T-handle locking steel and stainless steel hand retractable spring plungers”. After we bought the right plungers that we need, it’s then we proceeded with the work that we’re doing. And around one day we’re able to finish one part of the renovation. With the whole renovation thing, we were done like around 3 weeks. Now, this place is ready for sale. Though, we still need that the manager will see it so that he can give us the right estimate of what we’re going to sell this property. Hope we can see him this afternoon and he will give us the hint of the right price that we are going to sell this thing out!

The baby is now staring at channel 8 (local channel here in our place). He is having fun with Elmo’s world and other cartoon shows. I know when he will be exhausted with this, he will shout for his Sprout on another channel which is also a sister channel with this PBS shows that he is watching. Life of a kid is a happy go lucky thing and full of fun!

Progress lighting is what we are using for the house makeover at the other house that is almost ready for sale. And yesterday, there’s a neighbor who tried to look at that place but then still were not sure if that person will buy that property. He said that he wanted that house for his mother.  Hopefully, he will negotiate another price as we’re open to his own budget. Though, we’re hoping that we will have a good sale with that house pretty soon.

I am doing slight cleaning in the living room and the kitchen today. And I turned the book shelves into a toy shelves for my baby’s comfort. This thing is not in used for such a long time, so I must utilize it for my baby’s toys so that it will not be scattered just anywhere in the living room. Got to do lots of things for now! I will be right back in a while.

One of my favorite actresses is an equestrian. And I love her equestrian apparel during those times that she’s still active in that kind of sport. Anyway, like her that much because she’s not only a good actress, a sport minded person but she is also a good mother as of the present. Even if she’s now a mother, but she still maintains her beauty, glamour, and sexiness! I adore her for her humble personality too!

There are lots of printed boxes here in my house. And I guess, I am going to give this to one of my friends. She’s asking me months ago that she wanted to have one just in case I am going to give out the things that I have. So, right now, is the best time for me to give these to her. I know she will like all of these things. Also, I know that she will take good care of these in any way she will be using these printed boxes.
